Rolf Stiehl, born in 1965, studied law at the University of Marburg.

He completed his internship in Marburg and Frankfurt. He joined Hüllen & Kollegen in Frankfurt immediately after his admission to the bar in 1996, later relocating to the Berlin office in 1998.
